All sessions will be held at Ridley Community Center’s wrestling room in Folsom, PA.

Nick works full time with a career in Finance, so scheduling will be done once the athlete completes the online sign up. Within 12 hours of signup, Nick will contact you to begin putting dates on the calendar.

All practice sessions will range from 60-75 minutes. TRISTAR WRESTLING offers sessions as early as 5:30 am and as late as 8:00 pm. Nick is available to travel to athletes for practice and training sessions; as scheduling permits.

*During November through March, TRISTAR WRESTLING will only offer sessions on Saturday and Sunday. There will be a limited number of spots available, first come first serve*
